Due to the nature of our products there are no refunds However, you can request a refund or reshipment for faulty products or If you have received the wrong item. You must submit your refund request via email at email@example.com or from our CONTACT form above within 5 days from receiving your order. Please include your name and ORDER # in the subject line of your email as well as details regarding the issue with the product.

Delivery time within Canada is 3-7 business days and 5-10 business days to the USA. Outside Canada and USA delivery time varies.
